Extended Care Registration FormThe extended care program provides supervision for students in preschool through eighth grades who remain on campus after school hours until 6:00 p.m. All students on campus after dismissal must report to extended care unless under the direct supervision of a teacher, coach, or club sponsor. Extended care will be available beginning the first day of school and ending on the last day students report in the spring. Please note there is no extended care on the following days:

Cost$8.00 per child for afternoon care (3:15-6:00 p.m.)$15.00 per child on half days (11:15-6:00 p.m.)$20.00 per child on full days such as snow days and school breaksParents are billed monthly for the number of days used. Students must be signed out of extended care by an authorized adult listed on the registration form.
Late PickupParents will be assessed late charges of $1.00 per minute beginning at 6:01 p.m. Late fee charges will increase to $5.00 per minute after 6:15 p.m.
Snack/LunchAfternoon snacks are provided for students in preschool through twelfth grade. On half days and full days, children must bring a lunch, as cafeteria services will not be available.Please make the school and extended care staff aware of any food allergies your child may have.

Studio 255 is an after school program that offers classes on a variety of subjects including music, art, dance, theater, martial arts, cheerleading, basketball, robotics, rockSTAR, cooking, sewing, minecraft, and much more.
