Chorus is a music education class in which students are given the opportunity to sing a wide variety of music ranging from classical to today's popular hits. Middle school students may participate in the seventh and eighth grade chorus while students in grades nine through twelve may join the high school chorus or audition for the select chorus. Each chorus will perform throughout the school year at churches, nursing homes, and various school functions. The high school and select choruses attend choral festivals at Lipscomb University as well as Harding University. Past chorus groups have received Excellent in Performance and Superior in Sight-Reading at the High School Adjudication Festival in Murfreesboro.
